Superposition, a new multi-day arts and culture festival in Penrith and the Blue Mountains, will open its proceedings with a free, live concert and choreographed jet ski show at Sydney International Regatta Centre on Thursday, November 26.

Headlining this concert is Miss Kaninna, an Indigenous artist from Bruny Island, who made history in 2024 when her debut single ‘Blak Britney’ went to #1 on Triple J and earned her three ARIA nominations.

Known for live shows that rouse rage and joy in equal measure, she brings that charge to the Nepean for one night only.

Turning lakeside, Amrita Hepi presents ‘Stunt Ballet’, a choreography for water and wave craft exploring the need for speed. Working with a local jet ski stunt crew, award-winning artist Hepi creates an on-water spectacle especially for ‘Superposition’.

The performance begins at 5pm on Thursday, November 26, with the festival running from November 26 to November 29, at various locations from Penrith to Mt Victoria.
